The mayors’ spring conference will take place at the Wequassett Resort in Harwich May 17-19. The agenda will be shared via email. The cost of this event is $395 for mayors and $195 for guests. This fee includes registration, hotel and meals. The MMA will handle making hotel reservations, but you must indicate in your registration which nights you need a room for.
To register a guest: First, login and choose "Register Myself" or "Register Someone Else" and select the hotel/meal choices and enter any dietary restrictions. Then, choose "+add a guest" above the "Cancel Registration" button (scroll back up if you don't see it). Then, select the guests meal/hotel choices and enter any dietary restrictions. Click "Proceed to Checkout" in the bottom right to review your order and check out your cart. Payment is due to MMA, 3 Center Plaza, Suite 610, Boston, MA 02108. Refunds will be issued only upon written request to [email protected] for all cancellations received by April 12. After this date you will be obligated to pay, regardless of attendance. Information on the Mayors' Association Monthly Meetings and other events will be emailed to mayors' offices. Note: The MMA is advising in-person meeting attendees to keep up with the latest COVID vaccines for which they are eligible. We highly recommend that attendees take an at-home rapid antigen test prior to attending, and not attend if they have any COVID symptoms or if a household member has tested positive for COVID. These protocols are subject to change based on the latest public health data and guidance. In order to be FULLY registered, you must check out the cart using the 'proceed to check out' button at the bottom of this page. You will then receive a registration email that means you are registered. Please keep in mind that adding to the calendar or selecting your registration option, does not mean you are registered.
