Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources will hold its annual Fall Conference on Sept. 21 and 22 in Falmouth.

Conference sessions will include topics such as collective bargaining; creative strategies for employee recruitment and retention; Peace Officer Standards and Training certification; and transgender and nonbinary inclusion in the municipal workplace.

Registration and networking will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. Attendees are invited to join a reception following the first day of the conference for beverages, snacks and networking.

On Sept. 22, breakfast and networking will begin at 8 a.m., with the program beginning at 9 a.m. and concluding at noon. The registration fee is $185 for the full conference or $110 for Thursday only. 

The conference will be held at the Sea Crest Hotel at 350 Quaker Road in North Falmouth. Hotel rooms will be available for a nightly rate of $199.  The deadline to reserve hotel rooms is August 21. Please contact the Sea Crest Beach Hotel directly if you wish to cancel your hotel reservation.
