MMHR will hold its annual holiday meeting in-person on Thursday, Dec. 2 from 9 am - 1 pm at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem. Registration and a networking breakfast will begin at 9:00 a.m. The program will start at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. Individual boxed lunches will be served. A complete agenda can be found below.
Bette Hoffman, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, will be the featured speaker for the meeting. She will lead a session titled: All About You - A Replenishment Workshop. After this extended period of unique challenge and change, time away from the fray, provides time and space to reflect, reground, and replenish. This experiential workshop is designed for those who lead and work hard to serve others. The goal of this engaging and interactive workshop is self-discovery around YOUR own personal sense of wellbeing.
• How do YOU define wellbeing?
• How might you nourish and replenish YOURSELF?
Gain clarity about how to make great choices to enhance your sense of wellbeing. Take some
time for yourself. Bring curiosity and a beginner’s mind and leave with individualized action. Small changes can have a big impact!
This workshop is designed to offer suggestions for yourself and your peers on how to move forward into 2022 with a healthy and productive mindset as we all tackle the year ahead!
The meeting will also feature the MMHR's annual holiday gift exchange [voluntary participation]. In an effort to keep everyone safe, the holiday swap will look a bit different this year. Everyone who participates will get to select a gift, but there will be no swapping/trading gifts. If you wish to participate, please plan on bringing a gift of no more than $15 in value to the meeting.
The registration fee is $45 for members and $55 for nonmembers. All requests for cancellation must be received by email by Monday, November 29 to receive a refund.
In an effort to keep our members, our staff, and all of our extended networks of vulnerable people as safe as possible, MMA has established COVID safety protocols for this meeting, including:
- All attendees and staff must wear masks during the meeting, except for when eating and drinking.
- Proof of vaccination (vaccine card or a picture of the card on your phone) will be required upon check-in. If you are unvaccinated, due to the advice of your physician and/or your religious beliefs, you will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 PCR test administered within 72 hours of the event.
- All attendees and staff will be required to sign an attestation that they are not currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 upon arrival at the meeting.
