MMHR SLDP Fall 2019- Danvers
This year, the MMHR Supervisory Leadership Development Program is piloting a new format of three full-day sessions, to be held at the Danvers Police Station from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 18, Nov. 1, and Nov. 15. The cost of the program is $825 per person. The MMPA SLDP is designed for: *Current municipal supervisors and managers who want to grow and/or hone their management and supervisory skills. *Currently supervising at least one employee or moving into a supervisory role in the next three months. *Participants willing to engage in hands-on-learning (i.e., small and large group discussions, interactive learning activities). The registration deadline is Aug. 30, and the payment deadline is Oct. 4. Online registration will be open at the end of July at mma.org and is first come first serve but participants will be vetted. Refunds will be issued only upon written request for all cancellations received by Sept. 27.
