MMMA September Meeting, Devens
The September 19 MMMA meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common will focus on sharpening your human resources and bargaining skills. The agenda will include a close look at the content and true cost of contracts. The format will be a panel discussion with Arlington’s Deputy Town Manager Sandy Pooler, Arlington’s Human Resources Director Caryn Malloy, and Concord Finance Director Kerry LaFleur. Attendees will also hear from management representatives of the Joint Labor Management Committee, with guidance on how to prepare for dispute resolution. Attorney Liz Valerio will wrap the program up with a labor law update. You are welcome to invite your HR Director to register and attend along with you.
