MMMA Fall Conference 2021, Chatham
This two-day event will feature a full-day seminar on “servant leadership” with Strategic Government Resources CEO Ron Holifield on Thursday, Nov. 18.
Servant leadership is a value system that can best be described as, “it is not about me, it is not about me.” Creating any desired culture is all about aligning your systems to ensure that the entire organization is walking the talk. It typically takes three to five years to truly change a culture, but this can be dramatically accelerated by taking a methodical approach to creating aligned systems.
This dynamic session will provide insights into what a servant leadership culture looks like in practice and a clear path to follow to make your desired culture real and transformative.
The Thursday session will be followed by an early evening reception before attendees head to dinner on their own.
Friday, Nov. 19, will feature an MMA legislative update and a manager contracts/labor law update with attorney D. Moschos.
