The Massachusetts Municipal Management Association will hold its Spring Conference May 29-31 at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster.
Conference Program
The program will begin Wednesday, May 29 mid-afternoon (2:30 pm) with personal development sessions. Thursday will feature a full-day interactive Crisis Communications session. On Friday, MMMA, MMA and ICMA updates will be followed by concurrent sessions on labor/contract issues and an Assistant Roundtable. The conference will conclude with lunch at noon.
Social Activities
On Wednesday evening, there will be a private group beach fire with s'mores, the perfect way to begin a conference on the Cape! Following the Thursday afternoon session, we'll offer games (volleyball and croquet) and refreshments on the Mansion lawn. Whether you participate in a game or come for the snacks, everyone is invited!
Hotel Rooms

We have a room block for Wednesday, May 29- Friday, May 31. We also have a limited number of rooms blocked for Tuesday, May 28.
There are two room options when booking. A Mansion room is adjacent to the meeting facilities and is located on the oceanfront side of the property. These rooms are $350 per night. A Villages room is a one bedroom 'Britterige' villa located on the golf course side of the resort. It's closest to the indoor pool, bike path and offers more room for anyone bringing their family. Attendees staying in the Villages will drive or walk to the Mansion for all conference activities; these rooms are approximately one mile from the Mansion. These rooms are $250 per night.
